What the Pulse Check measures
AI readiness is about more than access to a tool. The check looks at six connected signals: your organisation’s capacity for change, your personal adaptability, learning under pressure, experimentation, change fatigue, and coordination across AI initiatives. The result is not a generic maturity label. It is a practical picture of where implementation works in daily life and where friction is slowing people down.
How the assessment works
You begin with six short scale questions. An adaptive AI interviewer then follows up where your answers need context. Its questions change with the conversation and ask about concrete situations rather than searching for right or wrong statements. After four or five rounds, your scores and examples are combined into a personal read-out.
What you receive
Your result highlights strengths, tensions, and practical next steps. It helps distinguish whether the biggest barrier is capability, motivation, room to experiment, shared sense-making, or organisational coordination. The read-out is a reflection aid, not a certification, performance assessment, or psychological test. Its purpose is to support a better conversation about AI adoption that people can actually sustain. You can use it privately, compare perspectives within a team, or bring its questions into a leadership discussion.
Anonymous and candid
You do not need to provide a name or email address. Details about role, industry, company size, country, and age band help place responses in context. Do not enter confidential company data or personal information in the conversation. Instead, describe observable situations: what happens today, where progress stalls, and what people need to act with confidence. The more honest and specific the context, the more useful your read-out becomes.
